How do I find out pricing?+
We share full package pricing during your free Academic Planning Session, once we know which program and how many hours your student actually needs. If you'd rather not wait, call or text (346) 675-9191 and we'll go over it with you.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Yes. We offer flexible installment options so families can spread the cost across the length of the program. Ask about it during your planning session.
Can I switch packages later?+
Upgrades only. If your student needs more hours mid-program, you can move up to a larger package and we credit the hours already used.
What if we need more hours?+
You can add additional hour blocks at your current per-hour rate at any point during the program — no need to buy a full new package.
Is the first session really free?+
Yes. Along with the free Academic Planning Session, your first tutoring or counseling session is free with no commitment, so you can experience the instruction before enrolling.
Can we change tutors?+
Absolutely. If the fit isn't right for any reason, request a different tutor and we'll reassign your student — no awkward conversations required.
Can we get a refund on unused hours?+
On the 20 and 24 hour packages, unused hours beyond the first 16 are refundable. The initial 16 hours are non-refundable because that's the minimum runway needed for meaningful score movement.
How are sessions scheduled?+
Once a week at a recurring time you choose with your tutor. We build a consistent rhythm around your student's school and activity schedule.
Is there a diagnostic before we start?+
Yes — every program begins with a full diagnostic assessment so your tutor can build a truly personalized study plan.
